Delilah's Serenity Salon

I'm posting this on behalf of my dear friend. She went to this salon on Thursday May 19, 2022 and came with a reference photo for what she wanted done with her hair, and I cried for my friend when she sent me her pictures. She came with a reference photo, and sent me what she ended up with. I was appalled the stylist took full payment for the absolute disaster she left her with. She ruined a woman's already fragile confidence by letting her leave, telling my friend "she worked with what she had" and leaving her utterly disappointed. She told me about how the stylist at the very beginning tried to talk her into something different and when my friend refused the stylists attitude completely changed and the whole experience took on a very negative tone. Always get my hair cut by Patrick Conroy- the service is always stellar. The cuts are great. And he also does a great job cutting both of my sons' hair, ages 6 and 9.

This is not the place to go if you are doing anything besides a straight hair cut or all over color. I went for a balayage and I look like I did a bad dye job at home. I wanted a refund the first time and she said she would redo it. Against my better judgement, I went back because I didn't have the money to go somewhere else. My hair is worse. I've lost a lot of time and money that I can't get back.

Lesa is fantastic! She has been doing my hair for years! Patrick is also in the shop and is such a friendly/talented guy!

It was my first time coloring my hair and I was nervous. Lesa explained everything and took the time to making me look my best. I plan to go back!
