The Lash Lounge

I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years, have seen 4+ stylists, and have yet to have a bad experience! I’m extremely satisfied every time - lashes look great and retain for 2 weeks until my next fill. HIGHLY recommend Lash Lounge!

Kate is amazing! I’ve been coming for a couple of months and just signed up for a membership because her classic set lashes are flawless. She’s professional, gentle, and pays great attention to detail. My lashes look full, natural, and the retention is incredible, I’ve gotten so many compliments! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful, long-lasting lashes.

I got my first set of lashes today and Nicole did an amazing job. She was very patient with all my questions and did a great job. Everyone I interacted with before my appointment were also great. Very customer centric. Will definitely be returning.

Have been using the lash lounge now for several months. They do a great job on my lashes always leave extremely satisfied. So happy with them I enrolled in the membership plan. Because of my schedule, I usually just get anyone available and they’ve all been great. Had Cindy today at the Frisco location and she did an amazing job. Highly recommend the lash lounge, easy to book appointments and friendly staff with great customer service.

My visit was pleasant but I gave it a 3 star because the lash lift did not even a week. I wanted to try a new place closer to home and based on the reviews. However my satisfaction with the service was far from amazing as many people have posted on here. I paid $300+tip for a lash lift & tint, brow lamination a tint. I have paid $200 for these same services and they lasted 6-8 weeks. I will not be coming back due to the overpricing.
