The Lash Lounge

I’m gonna let the pics speak for themselves. But my daughter went to get lashes for the first time by Violet. Violet was not very helpful. She was not rude nor friendly other. That would’ve been fine if she did it right. We weren’t informed on how to care for the lashes either. They were falling out the same day. Next day, we reached out to the owner and basically she wasn’t any help either. It cost all together $150 including payment to remove the lashes. The pic on the left is. Violet. The pic on the right is done someplace else and done right in our opinion. If you do go to this place…my advice…..don’t go to Violet

I visited the Corona location for the first time and had stylist Alex! She was professional, gentle and omg so fast! I love how natural my lashes look. Very warm welcome upon arriving. I will be back

I would STRONGLY advise against going here. I made an appointment for my sister to see if eyelash extensions might be something she might want for her wedding. We met with her stylist and made it clear she wanted a natural look. My sister specifically mentioned staying within the 10-12mm range. The first picture shows what we left the Lash Lounge with. Objectively, this is not at all what was asked for. But this is not the issue. I completely understand that things can get lost in translation and poorly executed. It happens! But rather than acknowledging the clear mismatch between what was asked for and what was delivered, the owner treated this as our failure to understand how eyelash extensions would look on her face. Elise was wonderful. My lashed looked great and she was extremely gentle handed. She did the exact style I requested. On a personal note, I have a 1 year old and this was the most peaceful 1.5 hour getting my first full set with the lash lounge. I’ll be back!

The lash tech was very kind and gentle throughout the process. It took about 1 and a half hours for a hybrid set. I was told towards the very end of the session that she wouldn’t be doing wispy lashes as we discussed in the beginning to which I was understanding about. She explained it had to do with the initial length she decided to go with. She did ask if I liked the results which I said yes in the moment. However once we got to the payment, it was on the higher end of $160 so for almost 200 dollars it’s understandably disappointing to not get the end result you wanted. Looking at it closer I see the inner and outer lashes have no extensions which may be normal because I’m not a frequent customer of lash extensions but all in all, I am sad about paying so much and not getting the result
