I’ve been going to Jay for over three years now, and I honestly haven’t thought about finding a new barber since the first cut. I originally found him through a friend on Instagram, and it turned out to be one of the best recommendations I’ve gotten. Jay always has me leaving the shop looking “smooth,” as he would say. But it’s more than just a haircut. The hour in the chair feels like a chance to really chill and talk about real life—sports, work, family, personal goals, everything. This is by far the ONLY place I will go to get a haircut in the IE/LA areas. Clean business, friendly professional barbers, and dope vibes. Everything was great!! From me calling them up, they told me I could walk in. Great music, great energy and great cuts and service. They use top notch equipment for sure, and you gonna feel it when that roller hits your head for a fade!! Best of all they have a pool table, so if you are waiting for a cut, it wont be boring. Joey gave me a good cut, and the owner was a great person as well. He gave me a whole roll of tissues because my allergies were kicking in. Prices very reasonable for the cali market! TAKING ALL FADES is an extremely clean and professional barbershop. Jay, the owner, is not only a great barber but also my son’s football coach, which makes the experience even better. My son gets his haircut every two weeks, and every visit is consistent and high quality. While he’s in the chair, Jay is coaching him up, motivating him, and building confidence—not just giving a haircut. Great atmosphere, great work, and even better mentorship. Highly recommend.
