I had my first infrared light therapy with Mirna and was really happy with it. I plan to do more sessions to help with my pain and inflammation. It was relaxing and it helped me sleep much better. I recently had skin removal surgery. I had to start my lymphatic massages and came across Mirna. I was a bit hesitant as I had never had any of these kind of massages. Honestly I am super happy with Mirna. After my 1st massage I walked out of there walking and standing better. I am on my 3rd and know I still need a few massages more but I am feeling like new again.
