The Lane Salon

I get the best haircut from this salon. How do I know this? One I feel amazing and two people always ask me where did I get my haircut. I will not say who my stylist is because I still want to be able to get an appointment with this person. I do believe everyone there is talented because I see people walk out with amazing haircuts and hair color.

I’ve had my haircuts and coloring every 4-5 months done by David Y. for many years. He is consistently excellent. He’s calm, takes the time to listen, and can offer suggestions. I have tried to find another hairstylist in the EastBay in the past so I don’t have to get off work early, and drive over to SF, but still no one comes close to David’s work. I’m sticking with David. I like how the color turns out, so natural with shine, that my friends were utterly surprised that I’ve been coloring for years! ☺️ The Lane Salon is also very nice. Clean, bright, white, and I always manage to find parking if not in front, at a side street close by.

Stevie and Frank are two of the most talented people I have ever had the pleasure of I knowing. I've been working with them for about three years now and I'm always amazed by the quality of work. Stevie is a genius with color, and takes such good care of her clients. She works hard to match the color to your skin tone to really compliment your features, and listens to what you want and need. Frank is the only hairdresser who's ever actually given me a haircut that I am happy with and incredibly proud to show off. Very few people know how to cut thick, curly hair well but I've never left the salon unhappy. Ali at The Lane Salon was incredible. I came in with overgrown hair and requested layers with face framing. His precise haircut was amazing to see and his ability to hold quality conversation made it the perfect experience. The blow dry style completed the look and lasted several days. Highly recommend this salon as it was an overall great environment.
