I went here for the first time today for a facial and massage and was so impressed. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. My massage was with Carly and she did a great job listening to my needs and accommodating. So extremely relaxing and recovering. My facial was with Gerald which was also a great experience. He was so informed and kind. My skin is glowing! Definitely recommend

I’ve been going to the Knotstop since 2020, but for the past year I’ve had the membership and have been seeing Renee every month. She is amazing and I almost hesitate to shout her out because I don’t want her to be even more booked out than she already is, but my girl deserves her flowers. Renee has such a calming presence and is incredibly talented! Over the years, I have also seen Katie, Carolina, Kevin, & Haruka for massage and Ozzy for Reiki. I have never had a bad experience with any massage therapist at the KnotStop. Even the front desk staff are so kind and helpful.

My husband got me a giftcard for a 60 minute massage and a facial, so I called last week and booked an appointment for this afternoon for both services. I came here for a 60 minute full body deep tissue massage and had a great massage. At first, they didn't know if it were for 60 or 90 minute massage. Mateo was very warm and friendly and asked if I had areas to focus on or avoid, I told him I'm training for a half marathon and just ran 11 miles 2 days ago, so still feeling some muscle soreness and want to work out the lymphatics and lactic acid, with a heavy pressure, focusing on legs and upper back. I've been a member for a couple of years now and I have never had a bad treatment. Everyone here is wonderful. A while ago a booked an appointment with Claudio and found my permanent Therapist! He is fantastic! Deep tissue heated massage is what I always schedule. Amazing!!!!

Phil was amazing! I’ve had countless professional massages before and he was right up there amongst the best. The entire crew there is so kind and professional. Thanks Jeremy, Joe, & the girls at the front desk. Can’t wait for my next visit!
