The Keep

The Keep is the go to spot. I usually get my cut from Jared but everyone, Paul, Cam, Dave are unreal at what they do. It’s a great spot to chill and talk shop. Vibes are on another level. I’ve always come away from my appointments stoked about how my hair turned out. Never disappointed and always worth the $ spent. Everywhere I go I get complements on my cut, which never really happened anywhere else. It’s also a shop that is for the people and connects with the community.

Very unprofessional. I had a 10:30 AM appointment, and at 10:31 AM I received a message canceling it because the barber wasn’t feeling well. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be canceled, but notifying me at the appointment time—without arranging for another barber to cover—is unacceptable. I was already at the shop waiting outside when I got the message. Had the situation been reversed, I’m sure the shop would have had no issue charging me a last-minute cancellation fee.

I’ve been going to Cam for 7 years and it’s always a great cut. Super consistent and takes his time to get it right. The shop has a great vibe and all the guys there are chill. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid barber.

Oh my gosh. I have been going to the same barber for 30 years, until now that is. I decided to grow out my beard and noticed the current shop I go to has never done a beard trim to anyone while I have been there. I didn't want to be a "let's see how they do" first timer, so I went looking for a new barber how can show their work. After quite a considerable search I happened across The Keep in Seattle. For a first time visit Jared hit the perfect look! I cant say enough good things about my first experience other than, this home town shop has a new customer. He asked the questions he needed to ask and got to it. 45 minutes later my fear was gone, this IS the best cut I have had in years. I will be back. I happened to be passing by and saw this barbershop. Loved the fact that they cut not only with a machine, but also with scissors and very professional. Been to several barbershops in Seattle and this one is by far the best. Very satisfied! Thanks Jared!
