I absolutely cannot cancel receipt of your paper. I have spent so much time with you on the phone to be told I have to do this with the post office. When I go to the post office they say I need to talk to you about it. I do not want it, I do not need it, I never asked for it. Im trying a company that says they can stop this for me for a fee now. I just don’t understand why this is so difficult. Please just help me.

Absolute garbage of a newspaper. A vast majority of their articles can be found on AP's website for free. Obituaries and death notices locked behind a pay wall despite the gazette gouging people just to put it in their paper. The articles they do write themselves are the same quality you'd expect from a middle school paper. Then when you try to cancel they just ignore it, so you're forced to get a new card.

I have tried to call Gazette circulation 6 times last week and once today concerning my subscription, I have been on hold for over 4 minutes each time with no one answering so I have hung up. I am calling during business hours. Why doesn't anybody answer the phone?

Was sure I would not like the new format, but actually, really do like it. The only thing I think is wrong is the fold of the paper, just makes it a bit clumsy while reading. Otherwise, good job!!
