Had my hair done today by the owner Erin and it was great! She was so sweet and attentive. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time! Such a cute cozy space, they even had art and vintage clothing to shop too!

Taylor is warm, attentive, and highly skilled! I enjoyed my appointment start to finish and love my new cut. Such a beautiful salon with lovely artwork and good lighting.

I’ve lived in SF 10+ years, but new to The Richmond so decided to give the salon a try. I recently finished chemotherapy for breast cancer and this was my first haircut. I was paired with Heather who was patient collaborative, and professional. I was open about having issues with how my hair was regrowing, styling, texture etc. Heather was honest with what was possible and gave me advice on treatments and styling options. The ambiance was mellow and a welcoming neighborhood spot. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

When a haircut boosts your happiness, you know you are in the right place. Taylor is amazing, she has the magic touch on my very short hair which can be really hard to cut and style, but she does it so easily and so amazingly perfectly. I love to get my cuts from her. And the salon is so cozy and comfy too. I would totally recommend Taylor and the Heart Salon to anyone looking for the perfect stylist.

The Heart Salon is the best! I have seen Taylor and Erin a number of times over the last year and recommend them both! Looking for a new stylist is daunting, and I’m so lucky to have found not only one but two trustworthy stylists here! The experience is above and beyond - from the minute you walk in it’s like getting your hair cut in a cozy living room. The pricing is extremely fair and the quality is unbeatable. The salon is a huge value add to the community as well, hosting events to support other small businesses. Can’t recommend enough!
