The Glamour Palace

I have been looking forever for a new stylist since mine closed shop. I pass by The Glamour Palace frequently during my work day, and decided to check it out. Not only is the location convenient, but there is ample free street parking. I booked with the first stylist available, which was Justin. It had been nearly a year since my last cut, so I was ready. I'd just been dragging my feet. It's hard to find a good stylist, and a lot to invest. I brought in pictures of the cut I wanted, pictures of my from a while ago, so I knew I wasn't asking for the impossible. Justin absolutely delivered! His communication was great throughout, and I walked out with a straightened style that was AMAZING. I can never straighten my hair as well as a stylist... Of course, we know the true test is how happy

I am happy that most of his clients are pleased with their hair. I was too, with my first haircut. After washing my hair two days after my second hair cut...I notices a distinct line. I immediately wrote him back to ask him if he could possibly tweak my haircut so that at least it would blend a bit better. He did not respond. I wrote him one more time. No response. I would have paid him for his time....but didn't feel as though I should schedule another full cut. I was more disappointed in his lack of response than I was having to wait for my hair to grow out a bit before it could be fixed. The new hairdresser agreed...there was definitely a line.

Ross did such a fantastic job understanding what kind of look my teen wanted and working with their waves to getting a result that suited their style. I was impressed and will be coming back!

Ross and Justin are both incredibly talented for literally anything you might want to do with your hair. I refuse to go anywhere else!
