Rocio did my daughter's hair and makeup for both her pre-quincenera photo shoot and the day of her event, and she looked absolutely beautiful. We've been maintaining this color for about a year now, and to this day, she receives compliments almost everywhere she goes on her highlights. i booked a color correction with yasmeen to achieve a cool-toned brown. instead, my hair was unevenly bleached, left orange, and sloppily toned. only one side of my head was placed under the heat lamp, resulting in an extreme uneven lift and obvious patchiness. multiple people in my personal life noticed my hair was orange and patchy when i got home & went to work. my hair now has severe banding that looks like months of root grow-out (in 2 days), with multiple different colors throughout. the underside is drastically lighter than the top, making the result completely unwearable. i also asked for layers, yet my haircut is blunt and straight across. this was not a color correction. i paid for professional corrective work and left with uneven hair that looks worse than before. this servic

I want to clarify that when I asked for limited communication, it did not mean that I did not want to be informed of a resolution or refund. I made an appt for a root touch up and a simple trim. $300 and 4.5 hrs later I walked out with a hair cap on my head and did my best not to cry. Yasmeen should not be allowed to touch anyone’s head of hair. She rinsed my hair with freezing cold water and I was so uncomfortable. She asked two other stylists for help and this image is AFTER they attempted to fix it. I was flying to London the next morning and was completely mortified.
