The Florida Times-Union

I've always enjoyed getting the newspaper early in the morning. However I think this media source needs to have a talk with Nate Monroe about constantly bleeding on the audience with his political opinions. A good journalist knows how to objectively write columns and reach 100% of the audience. Anything other than that is simply bias emotions being poured out. Make sure he objectively writes columns or just move him over to the opinion section only.

I have been in relatively small markets for newspapers over the last 30 years, and Jacksonville is actually the largest of these markets. The Florida Times-Union is by far the most disappointing paper I have come across in these 30 years. The most problematic issue is actually the simplest for an organization, customer service. It has been absolutely abysmal, and if I could give no stars, I would. We have had a chronic issue with the paper not being delivered, and recently it has worsened to the point that we have not received a paper 10/14 days. When we call, it is difficult to get through, people promise to call back, yet never do. Possibly the worst customer service experience ever. Now I know why people don't get newspapers anymore. They say you are good until May 2020 for the Sunday newspaper and then they charge you extra for the "Premium" Sunday edition and Activation fees (not included in the subscription) for setting up your account that isn't mentioned anywhere when signing up to have the newspaper delivered to your house. $68 to only receive a total of eight newspapers when we should have received 26. Thank you Florida Times-Union of Jacksonville, FL as we will no longer be getting your newspaper.

I have been paying for a subscription for months and HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A PAPER EVER. Everytime I call and complain I’m talked into keeping my subscription and “they will fix the delivery issue and give me a credit.” Yet another month of ZERO PAPERS goes by and then I get another $30+ charge. I’m still fighting customer service trying to get a refund

It’s 8:27 on sunday and still no paper. It’s suppose to be here by 7:30. We called at 7:40. This happens week after week. I used to get it 7 days a week, but it became ridiculously expensive. So I give myself the luxury of a Sunday paper. I love the Sunday paper. I think the times Union is an in-depth, all encompassing paper. However......if you can’t get it.
