You can tell she really understands skin and pays attention to what it actually needs instead of doing a one-size-fits-all treatment. Going to Kelsey has become one of my favorite self care rituals. She is so genuinely kind and thoughtful, you can feel how much she truly cares. She does my eyebrows and facials, and they look perfect every time. I trust her completely, not just because she is talented, but because she really listens and pays attention to the little details. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and taken care of. She’s hands down the best in San Diego and I’m beyond grateful to have found her! I would highly recommend her to everyone!

Kelsey is the best and the only person I would allow to touch my eyebrows!!! When I first came to her she did brow mapping on me and talked me through everything. I am someone who has thinner hair and eyebrows in general so going to get my eyebrows done hasn’t always gone well. Usually after a few appointments my eyebrows were so small… Being with Kelsey for a while now my eyebrows are fuller and so much more proportional to my face!! Eyebrows are not something to take chances with and with Kelsey there is no risk she’s going to kill it every time and make sure you leave happy and comfortable. Also the space is always clean and she is very professional.
