The Cut Factory at St. Cloud Barbershop

Ive been going to the cut factory for several months now, and cant recommend them enough! This place is great from the atmosphere to the skill of all the barbers. I usually go to Jeremy, and if you go to him you will not be disappointed, he does phenomenal work! He's not the only one I've been to, Im confident that you'll be happy no matter who you go to here

Everyone at the barbershop provides awesome service, but when it comes to the braider, Dessined, my experience was very disappointing. This was my first time booking with her. I was looking for a braider in our area for my son and was hoping to become a long term customer. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived until we left, she had a horrible attitude and provided very poor customer service. She barely responded when I asked normal questions or tried to make conversation, and she seemed bothered the entire time. Without her even knowing, we are loyal customers who are willing to pay (and tip well) for great service. Whether someone is highly skilled or not, customer service should always be the #1 priority. Sadly, this was such a disappointing experience that I would not recommend

Aiiverson always does a great job. He takes his time, treats my three kids with so much patience, and makes sure my haircut is perfect too. We trust him completely.

I was scared at first, but I ended up very happy with the results! The guy who did my hair was very friendly. He listened closely to all my requests and made sure I was okay with the length of my hair👌The process was pretty quick and the results were amazing. Very good handshake too lol, 10/10 would recommend :D

Whitman did a great job. It's hard to find a good barber that can cut right and not leave the fade uneven. I will definitely go back.
