I booked an appointment online here through their link with Squire, for my son. Paid for a basic haircut, added tip, processing fee? Came out to $32. I get to the barber with my son, told them I had a reservation with Pamela. The barber waved me off and said " Pamela ain't here tonight!" When I said thats what the reservation said, I don't care who does it really; he goes "I don't care what the reservation said!" So I told him " you've been paid already, someone's gonna do it or you can give me my money back!" So he cuts my son's hair, then asks how I wanted to pay. Explained I had already booked and paid and he said "we can't even take reservations online like that" so I paid him with my debit card. Walked out and looked at my transactions on my bank statement? Sure enough! Charged $32 b

Went in for a basic haircut, guy told me fading my sideburns into the haircut counted as beard work and they charged me 40 dollars for a simple haircut. Called the owner and he just made excuses. Haircut was only supposed to cost 25. Wont be back. If you are in Beckley the Razors Edge is 1000% better for like 15 bucks.

This is merely an opinion review based on MY experience and observation. This place has to be one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever been inside of. Rude, disrespectful and downright off-putting. While I was there I never saw one person leave with a haircut looking better than what they came in with- including my own. It was gapped all to pieces and looked like an uneven mop. When I mentioned that to the person who cut it I was met with ignorance and attitude. So, I just left and went to Walmart and had it fixed. Based on what I saw-professionalism and quality work went straight out the window in this place.

My husband went yesterday for a cut. We showed a picture of a mullet and that’s not at all what he got. The guy gave him a mohawk. He could tell we weren’t pleased but still proceeded to charge $30. We had to go the next day and pay another $30 to get it looking half way decent. Do Not Recommend.

Maddy cut my hair and did a great job. She took her time and got it just right. I'll go back but I hopefully she will be there.
