Bath & Body Works

Been shopping here for years.Love the place, the products, the prices, and the helpfulness of the sales people. I live about 50 miles from the nearest Bath and Body shop.Wish it were closer.

Stopped in there today for the Semi Annual Sale. Most of the employees were very nice and helpful except for the one manager Casey. She had the WORST attitude. Never once said anything polite checking us out. Seemed like it was beneath her to check us out. If you don’t like your job or people don’t work in retail. She ruined our whole experience. Definitely do not recommend shopping while she’s there.

Had the best experience today. Not only did I get some really great candles for a great price the customer service was excellent. Rachel a sales associate was so helpful. She helped me find the perfect candle holder. She also went out of her way to help me find a candle lid. I was purchasing some candles that were on clearance and they did not have lids. Rachel went above and beyond to find me a lid. Rachel was super friendly and she really made my experience better.

I’m sorry but it is plum ridiculous that if you do not have the receipt for your purchase be sure a child went in and purchased and didn’t get the receipt you only get half of your money back in in-store credit!!! That is robbery!! If I spend $20 I should get $20 in-store credit! Especially if this was going to be returned within 10 minutes of purchase! Get in the trash and get the receipt you just through away!

They are usually running some type of sale. Watch for opening times as the Saturday I went thinking they opened when the mall was incorrect. It was actually one hour later. The customer service people almost never leave you alone. They try to help with different fragrances, but can be a little overwhelming when you want to just shop and not feel monitored for everything you touch.
