The Cosmetics Company Store

Went in this afternoon and two female employees made me feel like they just wanted me and my sister out of the store to continue their conversation. Not a single “welcome in” or any engagement at all. They were simply behind the register giggling on their phones and looking at us extremely rude. Don’t recommend going in there, yes the products and sales are awesome but the people working there ruined it all.

This is a dangerous place for makeup lovers! But the deals man, amazing! Not a huge variety of brands, but there are some good options. They carry a pretty decent stock of MAC, Clinique, Smashbox, Bobby Brown and Origins. A lot of things are on clearance and they usually have specials on top of the clearance deals. The day I went, it was 'spend $100, get 40% off. Spend $200, get 50% off' that's what made it so dangerous. I know if I had a bigger budget, I would've bought half the store.

I never left any negative reviews. But this is the worst shopping experience ever! Picked up 4 items with total over $400 and went to the cashier. The lady told me there will be 2 * small 1ml cream samples for $125 purchase. I was pretty happy to hear that and told her that’s great because I am on my trip and forgot to bring any face cream. I nicely asked can I purchase 2 items and have my husband coming to buy another 2 items for me as gifts so I can get another 2 small cream samples to last for my trip. Suddenly, the girl on the left with weird eyebrows jumped in and said, no, only 2 samples per person. I said, sure, understand that, but my husband is another person. Then this girl with funny eyebrows changed her words and said, no, only 2 samples per family. I was like, well, you don’t

I'm a client of this store already for 6 months. And the workers there are so nice and even remember me already. They are always happy to help if needed. Always can help with bonuses and other deals. I'm so glad that such a good place exists and I saved a lot of money on my purchases here as a makeup artist.

Came in there with my wife who was interested in what the store had to offer. We were greeted by the girl in the front with a smile and greeting. To make a long story short, we were only browsing since there is little Portland has to offer. However, the sales representative asked to help my wife; and ACTUALLY did!!! The young woman with the glasses at the front ar 1PM should be the manager.
