Classic By Design For Hair

Don’t like having to leave a review like this but our experience was so disappointing and sad that I feel compelled to. I’ve never walked out of a hair service, even when I maybe should have, until yesterday. The stylist who initially answered was very pleasant and scheduled my 8 & 10 yo daughters with another stylist who had reviews online, Eileen. During the barely communicative service my daughter was visibly upset so after the 3rd time Eileen left (2x for salon phone, 1x for an overlapping client which we didn’t know about. I overheard her complain she had scheduling conflicts with those people), my daughter then spoke up. She was teary and feeling roughed up. This kid loves going to the salon! She shared she had been scraped, head pushed around, and even poked in the eye! With zero

Lisa does such a great job! She listens to what you want and is up on the latest styles and trends. Lisa has been doing my hair for about 15 yrs and I've never been disappointed!

I gave them 3 stars and I'll tell you why. When I started seeing Lori for haircuts she was very friendly and I really loved the way she cut my hair. The last two appointments were interesting. The time before last she cut my hair where it was much longer on one side than the other. I had to to go back and have it corrected. The last time I went in just to get a plain blunt cut straight across nothing fancy. Was I ever surprised when she charged me $30 for that. I'm sorry but I can't see paying $30 to sit in a salon chair for 10 minutes.

Lorrie is the best! Super friendly very welcoming. She is a hair artist!

Ilene took me right in, new customer, I have natural curl and a lot of hair. Great job if only I had her around each morning.
