R & R RELAX AND REJUVENATE

I wish I could give more stars than 5. I can be quite picky and a bit of a massage snob. Not because I don’t enjoy them but because my body truly requires a level of deep tissue that a lot of massage therapists say they’ll do but often don’t. I’ve been burned by this promise a few times and have accepted the fact that my body is just going to be tight and sore. Fast forward to R&R and Velma. I’m in town visiting my mom from NH and she made it clear I couldn’t go back to the east coast without a massage from Velma and I do not regret following Mothers advice! I did 90 minutes and Velma was attentive from Start to finish and I was sore after my massage which is a great sign it means that she did exactly what I asked! I could cry with the amping of tension relief I feel, it’s been years of

Velma is THE BEST! From the moment you walk in, her kindness and professionalism is outstanding. Not to mention as a therapist she is amazing. I work out and depending on the day I can be totally wrecked and need working over in specific areas or may just need a refreshing all around massage. She is very intuitive about knowing what is needed and making it happen. I'm so happy I found her 5 years ago and would/will not go anywhere else :).

I have been religiously seeing Velma monthly for the last 10 years. When she introduced cupping into my life, it was a game changer. My stiff and sore nurse body was immediately relieved after the cups came off. The blood comes to the surface and the muscles are released. She is a master at cupping, and we do whatever is hurting the most. The feet are the BEST! Thanks Velma for listening and being so passionate about what you do.
