The Cosmetics Company Store

The workers were super friendly and extremely helpful. I walked in not expecting to purchase anything but ended up walking out with $387 worth of items and a smile, the staff made sure I was welcomed and answered every question I had and even offered to text me when they got items I wanted in stock!!!! Never been more happy spending so much money😄

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by Alexis. If I could, I would give her ten stars for her outstanding work, as five stars simply isn’t enough. I had been looking to purchase a Clinique item that was out of stock. Alexis took my contact information and assured me someone would contact me when the product was available. Within a week, I received a text message confirming that the product was back in stock. I’m so grateful the store followed-through on their commitment. Thank you again for such a positive customer experience!

I’ve never written a review for a business before but felt like it was only right to do so for this store- I walked into the Cosmetics Company Store in Oxon Hill on Saturday Sept 23 around 7pm-7:15 and no one even told me hello. There were 2 ladies working -(I assumed they worked there they wore all black and were near the register) -that were doing their makeup and having conversation with each other One of the girls had a mirror in front of her and products laid out and was doing her makeup, which is at first why I thought she didn’t work there but she did. I understand being slow and not having much to do (I work In Retail Myself) -but it was just unprofessional- Didn’t even feel comfortable approaching them to ask what I came in for, so I just left. Sign that says on break with doors locked for hours during normal business hours. No associate present but door is locked with lights on. Saw customers in there earlier that were locked in with no store associate present. People said they had come back multiple times that day but always locked with break sign up. Called and knocked on door but still no one answered. Associate most likely left for the day well before closing time and attempted to make it seem like a break was taking place.
