The Cosmetics Company Store

Wow just wow! I shopped at the Deer Park store for the first time and the customer service was on point. The sales-person Laura was so helpful she was having me buy things that I had no idea you even sold. She was patient with me along with the other customers that came into the store. She took her time to help me find the right shade of lipstick and skincare. I was dissatisfied that you did not have a better selection of Estée Lauder skincare but she assured me you will get more soon. I can’t wait to come back to restock this will be my go to store from now, it’s a real gem 💎

The customer service was very bad. When asked to where a product was, employee told me to get it myself. Employees were not helpful and did not act like they wanted to assist me. I have went in different days and saw different Employees, but all of them treated me very coldly. Just at this location.

Everyone here was so friendly and welcoming. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole experience so easy. I’ll definitely be back!

Today was my first time visiting this location. I used to work at the Riverhead store in 2022 and was accustomed to there being prices on the testers and/or products and found out today they do not put prices anymore, but they do have a price checker. Today, it was not working, but the lovely sales associate let me know she would be happy to price check for me. The store was very clean and organized well. It is a much smaller location than the Riverhead store, and I wasn't aware of that until today. I wish it was bigger because the sales are so great, but regardless, they do a great job at displaying a lot of products in the small space. If my receipt is correct, Marina helped me today, and she was great. Very friendly, polite, and helpful. I only got a few things today but will definitely
