Booked an appt at Stacia’s locs with Kiaira. A simple retwist, no style. I was unaware they used gel here. I never put gel in my hair bc it’s not good for your hair. I found out after I paid. Hair didn’t move at all (still doesn’t days later), every loc is saturated with product residue, (can see some on hair tie) I don’t even want to touch my hair. Not even 24hrs later, white flaky residue was showing on my hairline and in various parts of my scalp, where it was oversaturated with gel smh. I reached Stacia, told her I was not happy with my service. She apologized, said she would ask Kiaira what went wrong .. a lesson learned for me: do more research on stylists before making appointments with them.

This is my second time getting my son's hair locked with Jessica and she does not disappoint! She was patient and friendly. I have already told plenty people about this shop (which is clean, trendy and welcoming) and I will be telling plenty more!

even the owner was rude just because I had short locks doesn't mean that my hair doesn't matter and that I deserve attitude.

Stacia Locs Hair Studio is the most professional salon I've been to in the almost 2 years. You get in and out. The appointment times are made with online booking convenience, don't get left out. Slots fill fast.
