I really hate to write this because I loved this salon after my first visit, but I was extremely disappointed with my second. I went in for color, and the next day the color didn’t stay. I reached out to my stylist the following day, and she later apologized and offered to fix it. When I went back for the correction, I was shocked to be charged. I reached out to the stylist afterward, explaining I didn’t think I’d be paying for a fix. She first offered a credit but stopped responding when I asked for a refund. I then contacted the salon’s Instagram and was told I didn’t reach out in time, even though I did. They said I had to pay for the stylist’s time, product, and blowout — even though I said I’d leave with wet hair and she insisted on drying it. After that, they also stopped replying.

Amazing place and amazing crew who will accommodate your needs in time crunch. My daughter was getting proposed last Friday in DC. At last min on Thursday, I decided to have hair done. I called this place at 1pm and in 2 hours I was in the chair getting my hair done! Thank you Megan, Aurora 💕

I have been to many hair salons and this one is exceptional and unique! Every employee is happy and will introduce themselves and talk to you!!!! The quality of the haircut is excellent, too!! Highly recommend!!!

I bought a Groupon for a hair cut as I was not happy with the previous salon that I had visited in Hatfield. I was hoping for a much more fun and family oriented environment. That's what a girls day in the beauty salon should be, not judgement. What an amazing time I had from start to finish. It was like being with family while I was given a vey high style hair cut. I have already made an appointment for color and highlight and I know that I will be treated with so much more respect at Cashe.

I found this place via Groupon, and had a single process color, haircut and blow dry with Aurora. I really appreciated her easygoing manner and confidence in what she's doing. She did a fantastic job! I tend to be a groupon deal chaser, but I think I may have just found myself a spot to return to, discounted or not!
