I had Andrea for the first time!! She actually listened to me as to how I wanted my hair cut!! She did a tremendous job!! She is the only hairdresser I have had in the last 20 of years that did my hair the way I like it!!! I will be going back to her all the time!!! She knows what she is doing!!! Andrea is her name!!!

Been my go to haircut place for years. Service is fast with call ahead scheduling and can often walk in otherwise with little or no wait. They will cut your hair a little shorter as asked so you can save a little and come back in 8 weeks vs. 6 weeks. They also participate in company promo prices.

Have been a regular customer at the Synder Square for several years. Really like the ability to check in with the app. Regardless of the stylist I am always satisfied with the results. They also offer senior discounts.

The atmosphere at this location made me extremely uncomfortable. I will certainly never return, and I encourage you to avoid. From my time in the waiting room through my appointment, I witnessed both stylists on shift gossiping about current and previous clients (TO a client) and making comments about non-native English speaking clients (while they were in the waiting area). Comments like “they live here, why can’t they learn English?” and “if they can’t give me their address, how can they expect to get a haircut?” It was negative, ignorant and ugly, and I feel for the family who was waiting to pay money for a service, just for these women to talk about them. I mentioned something to my stylist as I checked out, and of course was dismissed.

Ok haircut with $20 tag. Loved Heather but unfortunately she doesn’t work there anymore. The other barbers are horrible showing a attitude. Asked for another barber to cut my hair and were extremely rude. 0/10 don’t recommend.
