Tiffany always does such a great job and I get compliments all the time. The owner, Cathy and all the ladies are so nice. It’s an enjoyable experience every time. The wine, cookies and nice conversation is always a plus.

I was really disappointed with my experience while I was in town for the holidays. The service felt extremely rushed that the gel polish pooled to one side of several nails and was left on my skin. Instead of cleaning it up before curing under the light, it was just left there. Less than a week later, the gel started coming off and my nails were chipped and uneven. They also didn’t clean under my nails at all, which is especially noticeable in the winter when you’re wearing socks every day. What bothered me most was seeing the cuticle clippers being “cleaned” by dipping them into my dirty pedicure water, which felt very unhygienic. Overall, the quality and sanitation were not what I expect from a nail salon, and it was a disappointing experience during a short holiday visit.

Me and my mom have both been going to Artech for years now and they are by far the best nail salon we have ever been to! The salon is clean, nicely decorated, and very welcoming. We usually see Julia and Tiffany, but I have received many services over the years from other techs as well and everyone there does a great job. I always leave feeling pampered and looking beautiful! I recommend this salon to friends all the time. Whether you want to get something simple or a fancy and elaborate design, you won’t be disappointed!

Been going there for many years. Many different girls. Left to follow Dana. She opened her own shop. Than I came back and been staying with Cathy. Have not been sorry once. Very helpful.
