Erica has cut and colored my hair for a while. She always does an amazing job, but more than that, she really works to understand what you want and makes great suggestions.

Erica has done my hair beautifully for several years. I tipped well and also had never missed an appointment with her. This review isn't about her expertise in hair; it's about how she treated me, a loyal customer. In September, I put my appointment on the wrong day and missed my appointment. I owned that mistake. Two days later, my card was charged $300. $300 for a mistake. I am well aware that her time was taken by my missed appointment and could understand a fee. BUT NOT 300! This is what you do to a loyal customer. It is unbelievable to me that any business can charge this much for a mistake. Again, I am not irrational and understand a small fee. But that was absolutely extortion! It is fair to say, I will not be back.
