Got a mani pedi gel. Did Gel-X on my hands with chrome. They do heavy upcharges btw. My tech rushed through the process and it shows. I have lumps and bumps all over my nails, they’re not the same shape, some are crooked from filing, while I got almond shape one of the nails is coffin shaped, and the skin under my nails are stuck to the fake nails. The sides of my nails were neglected and I have streaks, blank/bald spots, and some spots where the chrome is not buffed out and is super concentrated. They value getting clients in and out quick rather than quality. While I was there they accepted five more people who had to wait for a tech. This was an hour before closing. I want to start by saying the staff was very kind and sweet. The service itself wasn't the issue. However, I did ask tor a square shape and my nails were shaped more like a coffin style, which wasn't what I wanted. The acrylic also looks a bit thick and bulky. I requested jewels on one finger, but they appear unevenly placed and not very secure. l've also noticed small air bubbles inside the acrylic. I appreciate their kindness, but I wasn't fully satisfied with the final result.

I love coming here. I’ve had my nails done by Stacy & Tammy, pedicures from Kathy & Amy, all have been great. My nails this time are my favorite so far. The energy in here is so positive. These women are uplifting, fun & services are priced right.
