I spent $130 on a pedicure, manicure ,and got my eyebrows waxed for my birthday. It was worth the price. The ladies were very sweet and kind to me the whole time I was there. They did an excellent job. I've been coming to this place for years, and they never disappointed me at all. They earned my 5 star rating!!
By far the most unpleasant spa I have ever been too. It looks like narrow hallway with no windows and little stand for nail tech positioned so closely together to the pedicure stations that it’s definitely lacking personal space between techs and clients. The techs look unkept and are very limited in their English speaking abilities. There is no private room for waxing and they wax clients right there on the chair in the narrow hallway. The place is in need of deep cleaning and over all lift to improve customer experience and comfort. My advice go to Mivy. Much more comfortable ambience with soft pleasant music playing for relaxation. Techs are far more polished and polite.
A bit pricey for basic work. I came in with my daughter 30 min before closing, was greeted with a warm welcome. After receiving the service I wish I was just told it was too late. The work was rushed, the tech seem she had to be somewhere. The next day my gel polish chipped. I couldn’t go back since I left in vacation. I plan on trying again not so late in the evening.
Don't go here lady's these are the same nail tec people that was in College Grove Walmart over charging people. Now they just opened up "Grand opening" I was so excited to see a nail shop so close to where I frequent the most. But I walked in looking for a fill and new style to do my nails I had gotten my nails done with powder color I didn't know exactly how it would work because I had never gotten powder before but when I walked into the shop I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted I asked the lady 3's different times if this could be done with powder I made a very good point to make sure they knew I had powder nails my nails were done in a lime green color from my previous visit to a nail shop. Tiffany the shop owner reassured me that the service I asked for could be done but h
Gal that did my manicure did a poor job she made my finger bleed, and cut the nail too short when using the nail file she is too rough. Pedicure lady forgot to apply top coat I thought is too expensive for the poor job they do. I would not go back or recommend the place
