Amanda Lopez is absolutely fantastic! Her attention to detail is unmatched, and her design skills are top-notch. She always checks in multiple times throughout the appointment to make sure you’re happy with how everything is going, and I’ve never left feeling anything less than thrilled with my nails. Every set she does is flawless. I can’t recommend Amanda enough, she’s truly the best! 💅✨

Amanda and the entire team at TBF are so amazing at what they do. They take the time to get every detail and ask you every step of the way if it’s to your liking. My manicures and gel builder are ALWAYS exactly how I want them to be and the cuticle care is phenomenal! My hands leave looking brand new 💕✨

I have been going to The Beauty Factory for over 2 years now. In this time, I have never had a nail lift or break, which goes to show their excellent technique for builder gel. Carla has been an amazing nail tech, and they always find someone to work me in if I need to change my appointment. This is the best nail company I’ve ever been to consistently.

These girls amaze me every time! It does not matter what crazy design idea I go in with they always make it happen. Every time I am there I feel so relaxed and welcomed. They work so hard and it shows in their work. I have been going for 2 years now and I would never go anywhere else. I always leave feeling amazing and loving my nails. I recommend them to everyone that compliments my nails and I get compliments on my nails constantly. All the girls are so professional and detailed. Truly amazing place!

wish i could give 0 stars…they deleted my review so i will keep posting it. went to go check this place out and all the reviews are good but i don’t know what happened, went yesterday to see carla she did good on the designs except for my pinky you can tell one looks really good and the other looks rushed just like the snowflakes…one thing i do want to mention is that my cuticles are on FIRE today and all red and swollen. i’m pretty upset for paying $85 and my fingers hurt pretty bad. don’t recommend at all. also an expectation lady came in while getting my nails done and they all seemed to kinda freak out.
