Required a 40 dollar no show fee for an appointment that they never confirmed on their booking app. Also canceled appointment last minute due to power outage and gave very little notice.

If I could give zero stars I would. The website and barber shop says they take walk-ins. My husband went there to try it out since his barber shop is far from our house. Before he went he checked the reviews and saw that someone said customer service is awful. Wouldn't you know..he experienced EXACTLY what the review stated. My husband said that he walked in and said good morning and not one person even acknowledged him. Then he waited for about ten minutes and finally someone asked him if he had an appointment. He said no.. then he was told the next availability is 5pm. Why is this their standard answer to walkins? The review we read said he got the same response. Do you want business?!?!! Absolutely awful to customers. Will not go back.

Made a same day appointment, they got me in no problem. I always have trouble with getting a decent beard trim absolutely no complaints on this visit. Quick trim, great beard work. Will definitely be back. Sarah did excellent work.

Jon was absolutely awesome! He gave me an excellent head shave that made me look great for an important engagement I had later that day. Make sure to book ahead as he is on high demand. The shave took about 40 minutes which goes in line with the listed expected time, and he made sure to get every single hair. The barbershop is clean, looks great and the chairs are comfortable.

The Barber Studio is easily the best haircut experience I have ever had. I come here every two weeks for a cut. They are perfectionists at their craft and the end product is always reflective of their effort and dedication into delivering exactly what you want; 10/10 on all levels. Staff are incredible - mega fun, personable, cool; the establishment itself is top-notch clean and professional (including equipment); and the booking process is simple and quick. Best place in Rochester for a cut and it's not even close.
