The Mane Duo truly is a place where you make friends with the person next to you, share stories, and laugh and that’s all because Rachel and Kathryn are both amazing, welcoming people who truly care about everyone who walks in their door. Rachel has been doing my hair for years and the only other person I trust outside of her, is Kathryn. I recommend both ladies to anyone who is searching for their forever hair home.

I’ve been going to get my hair done with Rachel for several years now and would recommended her to everyone I know. I started going to Rachel in college and I still make the drive to Rochester now because of how amazing she is. Whether it’s blonde highlights or going darker with my hair she will never disappoint. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the health of your hair and what products/ techniques to do. I’ve learned so much from Rachel! Cannot recommend her enough.

Kathryn is amazing! Where to begin? She somehow becomes friends with everyone instantly. When you’re in her chair, you can talk about anything from animals to reality TV to politics, or, she’s just as happy to work in silence if you’re in the mood for a more relaxing, zen experience. Because of her background and experience, you get the trusted quality and creativity you’d expect from a high end salon, but with a cozy, low-pressure vibe. It honestly feels like getting your hair cut by a family friend in the best possible way!
