Absolutely 1000% recommend Haven Salon! My stylist was Sarah Nugent and I will always be going back to her as she made my experience one to remember! With never going to this salon before she was very accommodating with where to park due to it being a busier area as well as being very welcoming as soon as I walked through the door! I never once felt awkward, judged, or out of place in her chair as she always has something fun and positive to talk about! Her expertise is on a whole other level as she is quick to get things done with expectations that exceed your dreams and leaving with silky, healthy feeling hair! THANK YOU so much Sarah for everything you do!! I might just book a wax appointment next!

One of the best spots in Rochester. Everyone is so nice and truly cares about your hair. It’s in a great location with plenty of parking. Alyssa is a a phenomenal colorist. Erin is a fantastic stylist.

The sauna & red light therapy run by Katie Karp was AMAZING!! I'm using it every single week during the winter months. ❤️

Literally the best salon ever! Great atmosphere, love the vibes, and Erin always nails whatever I ask for! I only get a haircut like 1-2 times a year, but I will only go here. Ashleigh saved my hair from a horrible box dye job I did to myself not once, but twice! All the employees are so kind! Such a welcoming environment. The experience is definitely worth the price!
