The 1994 Salon and Spa

I had such a great experience with Lily! I went in for a facial and she helped me understand that my skin was actually dry, even though I always thought it was oily. She focused on hydrating and exfoliating my skin, and it made such a difference. She also recommended a sunscreen and suggested icing my face to help with inflammation, which I really appreciated. The salon itself was super cute, easy to find, and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend!

Scheduled a wash and set appointment for curly hair with Olivia for my wedding day. She did an amazing job. Honestly my hair has never looked or felt so great. She definitely understands how to bring out the best of natural curls and knew just what products to use to be sure my curls would last all day and night. Can’t wait to come back for a cut!

I had an amazing experience with Olivia. She did my twists before my vacation. They looked great and were so easy to take care of. It was great finding someone in West Seattle!

My husband requested a haircut of a specific length (3/4 inch guard). Somehow, the stylist misunderstood or misheard and gave him a buzz cut—starting with a buzz right down the middle so that nothing could be done to fix the mistake. My husband is too shy to write a review, but I haaaate how he looks with a buzz cut, so here I am! The most upsetting thing was that they charged full price for the haircut, even though my husband pointed out the mistake. Look, I get that mistakes happen, but charging $70 for a buzz cut is insane.

I got my haircut by Olivia and she was amazing. Everyone was very welcoming, it’s a very nice environment. Olivia took the time to go over my haircut and even along the way to make sure i was happy with how it coming out. She went over all the products and tools she used. I’ve had not so great experiences in the past just because of my hair texture being a little all over the place , and she did such a great job, I’ll definitely be back!
