Thana Wellness Massage

Absolutely incredible 50-minute Swedish massage. At one point toward the end of the session, I had the thought: “I can’t wait to remember this experience after it’s over.” I’ve never had that thought during a massage before, and I think it speaks to how present and effective Patrick’s work was. His approach seemed thoughtful and well-studied, with a deep understanding of the body guiding interventions. Profoundly relaxing, also very effective for releasing tension. Truly exceptional massage, highly recommended to anyone looking for both deep relaxation and meaningful therapeutic work.

First time and will be going back and sending friends. Got the east/west aroma massage with Zenon and it was exactly what I needed. Almost like assisted yoga stretching & light Thai massage (not full pretzeling if that makes sense). Every time I get a Swedish massage with firm pressure requests, I always wish it was actually this type of style. Parking was easy on a Sunday late afternoon. Facility was CLEAN and everything was new.

As someone who has been spending a lot of time boxing and being hunched over my computer, my neck and traps were really killing me. Luckily I found Thana Wellness Massage and was able to book a deep tissue massage with Patrick. The massage involved deep tissue work and some stretching, and upon getting off the table, I immediately felt so much better. I’m definitely coming back regularly.

Patrick does a great job breaking up my tight muscles and is always happy to educate me on how to achieve long term sustained relaxation! Great vibes!

Patrick and Michelle are amazing! Best sports massage I've had. This has become my go to spot. I feel like it is the perfect mix of relaxing and deep tissue/stretching/muscle release and I always feel amazing after. Highly recommend
