Customer Reviews
I really like this place except the last two times they have hassled me about tip. I tip based on service but they mention it if they think your tip is not enough and pressure you to tip more. They also state on their website that they offer a return customer discount, which I have not seen at all. When I asked the lady just smiled and said yes we offer that. I have been there 5 times now with no discount, and being pressured to tip more. I tip 15-20% based on service, I don’t appreciate it when I’m being pressured to tip 25-30% . It’s rude. I unfortunately won’t be returning because of this.
I had a wonderful thai massage by Gigi. I feel heavenly. Thank you, will be back soon!
I had a wonderful massage from Cookie. She is skilled, intuitive, and focused on my needs. The pressure was perfect and she worked on all the right spots. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Cookie is also warm and welcoming. I highly recommend her. In addition to the above, I would like to add that Cookie is very professional and punctual. She arrived on time and was prepared for my appointment. She also made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the massage. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience.
Overall I had a good experience. The therapist is nice but she could have worked on the customer skills. Immediately at the check out she asked very bluntly do I have cash for the gratitude. After I Venmo her she immediately checked the phone in my presence. It just left an unpleasant taste…
I imagine this experience is better if you don’t have a lot of familiarity with Thai massage. I had a 90 minute session and found the session lacking. Too much time was spent massaging my back by hand and not enough doing the stretching and kneading by foot, forearm etc that I’ve come to expect from a good thai massage. In the end only 15 minutes or so was spent doing what felt to me like a traditional thai massage. I was disappointed.
