Teyarna’s Touch

Words really dont express how much respect I have for Teyarna. Ive been working with her for 2 years now and she is extremely knowledgable about the human body and treats her clients with care. Everytime I leave her table I feel like a new man! This isnt hype but, If you havent seen her yet, I dont know whats wrong with you!

Teyarna, (TT), does phenomenal bodywork! Throughout the years I have utilized her services as a stretch therapist or massage therapist, she has been able to specifically pinpoint the source of my issues (specifically my knee)and address it to a point of painlessness and increased usability. 2 things: 1. if I go in limping an in pain, I walk out with reduced or no pain and with homework to improve my situation. 2. I have every reason to believe that if I had been consistently going to her without stoppage, I would have a whole different life experience where in which I am may only have to see her once a month or less. She is a miracle worker!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! I went in with a sore back and came out ready to spar with the Avengers! Teyarna invites you in with a warm and welcoming spirit as she walks you into a room filled with essential oils aromas and the sounds of a jazz-r&b fusion playlist from YouTube. After I figured out how to properly lay on the table (she had to help me), Teyarna spent an hour resetting my body back into my 20’s and threw in a couple tips to help prevent my body from feeling old again but I didn’t listen on purpose because I need a reason to come back. Please book a reservation when you can for you, for boo, for two, or the crew. Whoever it’s for, they will have an unforgettable experience

As a massage therapist myself its hard to find a quality massage that delivers the results you truly desire. Teyarna's healing touch and keen knowledge of the body is exactly what I "kneaded"....the stretch and massage combo is the best of both worlds!!! I'll def be back!

I’ve booked a few sessions with Teyarna and overall it was a pretty good experience. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the massage helped ease a lot of tension. I left feeling much better and would definitely book again.
