I love Texas Nails. Vincent makes sure my nails are taken care of right, and if I'm nitpicky about anything, he'll make sure it's done to my satisfaction. Appointment only, so make sure you call ahead! (I don't usually take pics of my nails so enjoy two pictures of my kitten 😍💅🏼)

We made an appointment for 4 people. They only had three chairs, because one was broken. They attempted to do us one at a time. Only one person in our party got their toes done. It was 45 minutes later when they even tried to start on the rest of us. We said we only had an hour and had to go. They blamed it on us and said we didn’t tell them we only had an hour. Were we supposed to set aside three hours to get our toes done? No. They apologized again and said they didn’t know we were on a time table. Would not recommend.

I went to this shop with an appointment I was seated by the woman. She took over an hour just preparing the nail so you think it would be good, but sadly no that was not the case she was very rough with me and also in the end my nails felt overly heavy and hurt I went to ask if I could get them taken off because of the pain, but she told me to take medicine and that it would be $15 more for it to get taken off after already spending 65$ and then feeling pain later on my walk home. The fact that I would have to pay $15 extra to take off nails from pain is outrageous I will not be returning of course and I would highly recommend others to not go either. There is much better nail salon to spend $65 I got theses nails done for my trip to Florida and now I will have to see if I can get theses t

This use to be my go to place for my nails. They do an excellent job. I missed an appt this year because I got a iPhone and didn’t know that I had turned the alarm off on my phone a week prior to my appt. Grant you I called the day before to confirm my appt. I was called numerous times by the owners Tina and left nasty messages. I when realized when I woke up and called the salon was harassed by her as far as her to tell me me I know who you are and I told her what happened but she was very rude and told me this a place of business which made me feel like she wanted me to pay for the missed appt.Which I understand it’s a place of business.. but she didn’t seem to comprehend what I told her happened. I had made an appointment here for 5 pm and wasn’t anywhere near done at 6 pm. All I needed was a pedicure. The lady that works there was super nasty towards me. Every time I had a question, there was a sarcastic response behind it. I eventually decided to leave because I had uneven shaped toes and she took way too long to see me. I do not support businesses that don’t respect their customers. However, the guy who scheduled my appointment the day before was really nice, shout out to him :)
