Kathy is great! I came in with long hair and wanted it short. She listened and looked at pics. Spent time and I left feeling GREAT!

I absolutely love this salon. Liz cuts and colors my hair. Always does a great job. She is the best. I always feel welcome in the salon. Rachel has done a great job on this shop. Clean and welcoming. Everyone always speaks which makes it friendly. Would highly recommend

Rachel is literally the BOMB.COM!!! If you have not tried Image Salon, you are missing out!!! Highly recommend! Not only has Rachel been my "go to" for cuts and colors, but she styled my hair for my wedding and completely blew me away with her level of skill and precision!! She definitely goes above and beyond!

Liz has been cutting my hair as well as my two boys' for years. She's thorough, and very attentive! If Liz isn't available, Rachel (owner) is wonderful too.. Hands down, Image Salon is the best in Franklin. A+ in my book!
