My experience today with Ms. Mimi was hands down the best nail service that I've had in over in over three years. Her knowledge, technique and professionalism deserve 5+ Stars. She provided a clean, relaxing environment. I already have another service booked for next week!

There are not many businesses that I have patronized and totally felt like the service was worth my time and money. I found this salon online and I decided to visit because of the positive reviews. This was literally the best experience that I have ever had from a nail salon. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise were noticeable and very much appreciated. The personable accommodations were an added touch to superb customer service. Thank you so much Ms. Mimi for your service and I look forward to my next appointment!

November 3, 2025 brought my girlfriend there this morning for an appointment to get her toes and nails done. This person is so delightful. She is a person of God she has God‘s hand on her. She is blessed I left from there with my girl after having a prayer session with her before we left this woman is so blessed by God I guarantee you it’s not just how good a job she does it’s what she does to lift you up by the grace of God she has a gift. I highly recommend her and I bless her and all her endeavors. You would be full crazy to . Look anywhere else besides here for the most excellent service and somebody who is from the Lord himself God bless.

I’ve been going to Pretty N Polished for about 6 months now and I have had a great experience every time. I love that Mimi takes her time, and asks if everything is okay and if I’m happy with her work, or does she need to change anything. She takes pride in her work and stands behind her work. My nails are so healthy now. Even my husband notices how great my nails are! Someone mentioned that Mimi is a hidden gem and she most certainly is one of the best that I’ve found since moving to Franklin.
