I’ve been going here with no issue until today. I went in for a fill in and pedicure. I was told that my person that I scheduled last week online with was not there because she was out of town. I did not care for the receptionist tone (the white girl). She gave the attitude like we’ll deal with it. I would have not had a problem if someone called out of courtesy to ask if I wanted another person or to reschedule. However that did not happen. The daughter of the owner was nice enough to look at the book again to see if I was reassigned to someone else which I was. The lady who did my nails did okay. Messy for my liking because I have airbrush paint all over my hands. Then, I had an appointment for a pedicure and I was told that the lady would no longer be able to do my nails. Least to say,

I had Austin as a nail technician and he was amazing! Took a crazy amount of care in what he does and the nails stood the test of time with my job and gardening as well! Super happy with them and will be coming to the shop again when on vacation. Thanks y'all!

Me and two friends went in and Sam took care of us all at once. It took some time but very good care. He made sure they were shaped perfectly. Julia did my air brush and she made sure they were perfect then kept asking if they were good. Good atmosphere and funny people!

Worst pedicure I ever had last time I’ll ever spend $58 The technician did not do the short massage with lotion afterwards but still have no problem charging for it. My daughter received the exact same pedicure however that technician did everything. Excellent wish I knew his name I’d give him five stars.

Went to get my eyebrows done after having to grow them out for over 6 months. They do look decent but not the same on both sides. Lady was kind and place was nice inside. My biggest complaint is she ripped my skin off my eye lid from doing my eyebrows. It felt and looked a little red afterwards which is normal but what I woke up to the next morning was unacceptable. Never again will I waste my time there. Here is the before after and next day photo and current day photo. To say I’m pissed is an understatement like I don’t wanna be walking around like I got beat up after paying to get my eyebrows done.
