TierraDoesHairLLC NEVER disappoints me! she’s super sweet, & her work is phenomenal. Communication skills are great as well, if i need something switched she works with me. It’s great going to a hairstylist that i can sit down and feel comfortable & talk to and enjoy my service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10 beyond that :)

When scheduling an appointment, I was overbooked twice by TierraDoesHair LLC. She told me that my appointment was never made due to her forgetting to put it in the books. This happened twice. Mind you, I am already paying into the service each time an appointment gets rescheduled. I was notified the day before. I always confirm prior with person doing the service. She suggested me coming in at 7am, then moved the time 30 minutes out. I waited 45 minutes for Tierra to show up, I called and it was a no-show. Poor communication. I hope this does not happen to a future client.

I can’t believe this experience to be so horrible. She first asked me to change my appointment to a different day of which she gave me options for. I had an appointment for 6:30am I texted her saying I was on the way at 6:15am.I get to her shop and I am now waiting and I try calling her twice since no one was there and she did not answer my call! She then sends me a text ( NOT A CALL BACK) at 6:47am saying “meeting at 7? I just got into town from Miami” I go in to wait another 40 minuted!! I begin to call and text her at 7:20 asking for an update on her eta. SHE DID NOT RESPOND! When I sent her a final text at 7:47am saying to refund me since it had be over an hour since my appointment time she simply responded ( STILL NO DECENCY TO CALL BACK) saying “I just arrived okay about to send it”

I don’t believe that customer service should depend on who you know. Booked my appt a month ahead..showed up she wasn’t there. waited 30 mins before I called. Was told She did not remember booking me and I was informed she already had someone waiting. Long story short after waiting a hour, I rescheduled. The next day, 10 mins before my time she texts and asks “does that time still work for me” ...she basically started doing one of her friends nails and offered me another reschedule. We agreed on a time. I came and had to wait an hour listening to their personal plans. You don’t put friends or personal life over your business. I was way too nice and didn’t have to keep trying to “work with her”. My nails were very nice but the experience itself was bad, a lot of time wasted, & I felt as tho

This place is very clean & relaxing. Great atmosphere for any woman who needs a breather & wants to treat herself. I go for my nails but hair stylist are available too & from the clientele & what I see they are really awesome. My nail tech, armilia is great & down to earth. & of course her nail work is great very clean, very cute! Only downside is the location (it's hard to recognize the building). Its located inside of corporate square
