All of the stylists here are amazing—they truly care about their clients and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy when you leave the salon. A BIG shout-out to Janean, the owner. She listens to what you are looking for in your cut and she has the amazing ability to make it even better than you imagined. She knew exactly what I wanted when she last cut my hair, and then kicked it up a notch with a couple of different ideas. I had never been so happy with a haircut—I loved it! Top notch customer service and highly talented stylists—you can’t go wrong at Techniques!

I asked for curtain bangs that hit at my cheek. I left with bangs up to my eyebrows. I asked her to even out the ends as I recently got a bob and my ends weren't even. I asked her to wash it, she said she would after. So she lightly dampened my hair with a spray bottle and then cut the ends without even sectioning my hair. Then washed it but didn't even cut the ends again while wet to ensure they were even. I'm sorry but that's just lazy. I booked a wash and cut. That means wash the hair, then cut it. If you wanted to then dry it and double check the ends, great. But I left with my ends still being uneven. I'm not talking about my layers, I'm talking about my bottom layer of hair still having pieces longer than the rest, which was my very simple request when I came in. As a trained hairdre

Keyla helped me bleached and blond my hair, first time I have ever done it in my life. It was satisfactory to me, but she wasn’t ready to stamp off and went the extra mile to make sure I had an even blonde hair finish. Really appreciated her expertise, kindness (to a first timer), and thoroughness to make the whole experience great. Would highly recommend and will be going back again soon.
