Unprofessional Service: He will reschedule your appointment the day of or completely miss your appointment all together. Our first appointment, he was over an hour late, thankfully his Father was there. I gave him grace and thought, things happen, maybe there was something detrimental that occurred that hindered him from calling or texting me. Today, he asked to reschedule the appointment even though, I sent a courtesy reminder text the day prior asking him to confim our already scheduled appointment for 11 am the following day. I wanted to remind him so he showed up on time for the service. He confirmed in writing, everything was good to go. Just doesn’t cut hair well. He does walk ins so he must not get a lot of appointments. Try Number 1 Barbershop in Bellevue they’re great.

The hours posted online are different than what's posted on your business. I'm here to pick up a package and wasted time and bus fare to come pick it up. 3 stars because it's still here and I appreciate the convenience of having it delivered here in the first place. Edit: My sincerest apologies to you. I can appreciate how difficult things must be, I hope your recovery has been restful. If you're up to going to the shop tomorrow I can meet at your leisure. If its too soon I have until the 21st to pick it up before I'm charged a restocking fee. I’m super picky about who cuts my hair. I’m black but still find many black or African Americans unable to cut my hair right. Tony got it on the first try and I didn’t need to repeat nor guide him on what I wanted. I have no idea how much he charges but I pay him $60 every time even though it takes no more than 10 minutes to get it done. That’s how much I appreciate his talent. Great conversationalist as well
