Taproot Yoga

I had never done yoga before and decided it might be a good way to cope with some of life's stress. So far I have attended two different classes with two different instructors. Everyone I have run into has been very helpful and welcoming, the instructors were great. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. The space is gorgeous! And the classes are very reasonably priced. Best of all, I left feeling very calm and relaxed. I am excited to make coming here a weekly ritual.

While traveling in the area, I scheduled a float tank session at Taproot. David, the owner is a great guy who has built a wonderful facility with a great energy. I'm an avid floater and was very happy with my float at Taproot.

I have taken yoga classes around the area for a while now but this is my home space. The gift shop is so welcoming. There is always something I want in there. Yoga props, mats and books are readily available. There is a growing crystal section, and local jewelry. Not to mention the local Candles and local Honey. Taproot has a really wonderful little health section with some banyan botanical products and body brushes, massage stones and herbal lotions. It’s a lovey one stop shop for and yogi for birthday or Christmas delights. The studio spaces are inviting,clean and spacious. The sky studio features heated floors that are amazing for Yin Yoga. Taproot is a fine yoga studio with a diverse set of offerings. Very knowledgeable and well trained instructors. Entire place is clean and tidy, and class props (blankets, bolsters, blocks etc.) are sterilized after every use. Studio also offers yoga instructor training. We're very fortunate to have this jewel in Chardon!

Taproot Yoga is an amazing studio, filled with incredible instructors. I recently moved to the area and attended several classes there, feeling refreshed and centered each time I leave the studio. The owner, Freia, has created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and I love that they support the community by carrying local goods. I highly recommend this place to anyone in Geauga County and beyond!
