Marci's Hair on the Square

I'm writing this review solely based on the salon's marketing. I've been receiving a ridiculous number of unsolicited emails from Marci's Hair on the Square, sometimes multiple a week. I have never worked for them, contacted them, or been a client, so how they got my email is questionable. I have screenshots of the emails I've received, and this doesn't include all the ones I've fully deleted. This aggressive and constant spam is frustrating and unprofessional. It honestly makes me question their business practices and why they need to resort to this kind of marketing. Because of this experience, I would not consider them for any business.

This business has engaged in questionable marketing practices by mass-emailing licensed cosmetologists without consent. Despite attempts to unsubscribe, I continue to receive unwanted emails. Such tactics feel unprofessional and undermine trust, which makes me unlikely to refer or consider renting the spaces they offer.

We had a wonderful experience today! I highly recommend Donna; she listened to what my daughter wanted done with her hair and made her hair dreams come true! 10/10!

I have been going to Marci for my hair for about 37 yrs., since I was 21. She does an Amazing job on my Color and Hilights !! I get compliments all the time, from customers at work to standing in line at the grocery store. I drive all the way from Mayfield hts. for my appointment and have driven in a Blizzard before ! SHE IS THAT GOOD !!!! I would NEVER go anywhere else... If your looking for a new stylist you should check out her shop !!!! And for the men in your life, be sure to stop in and see Chad at the Barber Shop in Front

Abbi with Beautifully Styled by Abbi B. Is fantastic! She did my shellac manicure right before Valentine’s and they were beautiful! I got many compliments on them! Abbi is a very sweet person and listens carefully to your beauty needs. You can tell she cares about her work and it shows. If you need your nails or hair done, I highly recommend her! I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment!
