Cost Cutters

Walked in for my appointment and was never acknowledged or greeted. I understand the stylists were busy with clients, but at most places someone at least says hello or lets you know they’ll be with you shortly. After waiting a while, I had to tell a stylist who had just come in for her shift that I hadn’t been checked in yet. To make things worse, a walk-in who arrived after me was taken first, even though it was already about 10 minutes past my appointment time. The haircut itself was fine, but the customer service experience was pretty disappointing.

Easy to schedule and find. Angela did a great job on my son's particular cut- we brought her one photo of his last successful cut (a style he loved, but the stylist moved away) & she mimicked it- we've been to multiple other walk-in salons since who never seemed to get the cut right, making him shy to try again- but she nailed it! So happy we found her here! Edited to add: we made an appt online and we were taken on time- I made the appt about 2 hours before the same day, without any issues waiting. Updated Feb 2026- our 2nd visit was just as good as the first. Kids cut, he's 11 I booked online earlier today, we were taken back quickly (we were actually 5 min late & they were nice about it when I called to let them know), stylist looked at the photos showing the cut my son gets & listene

​I visited this location specifically requesting an angled bob haircut. Unfortunately, the service was severely unsatisfactory, requiring two attempts that both failed to deliver the requested style. ​The first stylist, who began the cut, seemed unable to execute the proper technique for the angled shape. The result was a heavily layered and uneven cut, leaving the back of my hair extremely voluminous and "poofy," completely missing the sleek, defined lines of an angled bob. ​Due to the initial outcome, a second stylist was called in to perform a correction. Regrettably, the correction made the situation worse. The second stylist cut the hair straight across, losing the angle entirely, and the overall finish was visibly uneven and choppy. ​The final result was poorly executed. I did not re

Our stylist did a Fantastic job, my son loves his cut. I've been to this location prior, can depend on your stylist & what service you need. I wish I knew her name to recommend.
