I went there for the first time I was hoping that paying extra for a salon cut that they could actually cut my hair the way I like When I left and my hair was still wet and combed it looked ok Once it dried I realized what a disaster it was I think I will probably need to wear a hat until this mess grows out enough to find someone else to fix it Probably go back to great cuts as they did a better job I would like to update this. Grady responded to my concerns and took me in the next day and was able to fix the issues So thank you for that.

I've had Jenna as my stylist for at least 5 years now. She is amazing. I never know what I want when I go in but we discuss it and always come up with a plan. I get bored with my hair so I change it quite often! She has always been amazing! We talk about life and vacations. So it's nice to have a connection with your stylist. All of the ladies in Tangles are so sweet and so welcoming when you walk in!

From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable. It’s like “Cheers “—everyone knows your name. The staff is friendly and attentive. The salon is clean and stylish. All the stylists are highly educated and professional. I highly recommend Tangles to anyone looking for top-notch services A big shout out to Lisa! Always a great experience!!

My son had his first salon experience there with his first stylist Tina and she did an amazing attention to detail perm! She truly took to every inch making sure his curls wre consistent and made him feel so comfortable! We loved it Still waiting for the perm to settle and when it does we will upload photos ♥

The atmosphere is so warm and inviting - it’s one of those rare places that feels like a safe haven where you can relax and just enjoy some self-care time. I also love that they prioritize using clean, high-quality products. They carry Jane Iredale makeup and Surface Hair Health products, both of which align with my values for natural beauty and healthy hair care. It’s such a relief to know I can trust what’s being used on my skin and hair. I couldn’t recommend this salon enough!
