Absolutely horrible experience. I came in with my nails already in bad condition asking for them to do something about it but they honestly made it so much frickin worse. She basically js filed off my own fingernails made them bleed, glued on the acrylic nails and coated them with the polish and said done. MIND YOU I HAD BLOOD ALL UNDERNEATH THE ACRYLIC?? Like If you don’t know how to do your job you shouldn’t be workin in this industry it’s ridiculous. I payed 120$ for a short French manicure which I’ve never played that in my life. Also 65$ for a pedicure which is outrageous.

I would rate 0!!!! I'm a nail technician, I always get my get done but not the whole massage and run downs & all.. decided to spend a bit more on me for the holidays. The pedicure was horrible and on top of that, the owner didn't even care nor apologized on behalf of her employee. Neither my nail tech or the owner apologized. And everything is so outdated, old and smells like Asian food.

Insisted I get a fill instead of full set even though two nails fell off and the rest were barely attached. I requested otherwise but she either didn’t understand me or didn’t listen and did a fill anyways. It’s a week later and they’re already falling off and damaging my nails. Not to mention they were crooked and uneven to begin with and she didn’t even file the tips :(. I had to fix them when I got home and now I’ll have to get them redone. Charged me $50 for a crappy fill that took two hours My tech was the one answering the phone, so she was constantly stopping to answer as well as getting up frequently to help walk ins. Which was whatever, I still tipped her well. I get it, BUT i was there for TWO HOURS for an acrylic fill. It still seemed excessive I hate to leave negative reviews

I had a really disappointing experience here. I went for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure, but my nails turned out crooked and uneven, and the pedicure was poorly done as well. On top of that, the staff asked me a lot of personal questions that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Their customer service was just as bad as their work. I would not recommend this place to anyone

This place is terrible. It shouldn’t even be in business. The service was awful — I asked to have my previous manicure removed, cleaned, and covered with a clear coat. It wasn’t cleaned properly, and the lady was scraping my nails with her own. I wasn’t even given a soak for my toes. Very disappointing experience.
