Absolutely amazing experience! The head spa was incredibly relaxing and soothing—my scalp and hair felt so light afterward, almost like air. The eyebrow threading was perfectly done as well. Customer service was outstanding: everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they even opened early just so my best friend and I could enjoy a little spa day together. Such a thoughtful touch! I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and beyond happy. I will definitely be back!

Today I visited Binaka Zen Spa for a hair fall treatment, and I’m beyond impressed. Bina did an amazing job—she was professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled. My hair came out incredibly soft, shiny, and healthy-looking. I could see and feel the difference immediately. Such a nice lady, and such a thorough service. I had the deluxe head spa with facial, and I added a lash lift and tint. It all took about 2 hours, she doesn't rush you through it. The prices are fair, and Bina is very welcoming. My face and hair feel great, and the scalp scrub was heaven. Thank you, Bina!

Very relaxing experience! I was a little worried with the head spa treatment because my hair is very long and knots very easy. Bina was very gentle with my hair and took her time to brush it out.

I had a lovely experience at Binaka Zen Spa! I got the Japanese Head Spa treatment and a facial. Both were very relaxing and left my scalp and skin feeling clean and healthy. She made sure I was comfortable during the whole process and tailored the experience to my skin/hair needs. The spa atmosphere is very calming, and Bina is extremely attentive, gentle, and kind. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend both treatments that I received!
